Kauri Art

Hi this is my Kauri art I will show you how I made it. First we got a big strip of paper then we put some white clouds on the strip of paper. We dyed our paper with blue dye so our clouds stand out for our art. Then we got a thin piece of paper to use as the trunk of the tree, we finger painted the trunk to show the layers of a kauri tree bark. After that we painted a small paper piece green to use as leaves. When everything was dry we all ripped up the small green paper into nice shaped leaves for the top of our trees. We finished it off with grass at the bottom of the tree. Here is my work.
